E L A London, founded by Elena Antoniades Hart and Ian Hart, is a luxurious two-story boutique in Knightsbridge. It offers women’s fashion, jewelry, and accessories, including renowned brands like Elisabetta Franchi and emerging names like Push Button. The boutique also features Elena’s Made-to-Measure service and Wow Fine Jewellery, along with contemporary art. E L A combines luxury retail with a gallery-like atmosphere, offering a personalized shopping experience that blends Mediterranean flair with English heritage.

The company approached us with a specific request for an update to a 2.0 template and additional functionalities following an audit conducted by a UX expertise agency.

After careful consideration, the company opted for a 2.0 Shopify template, and our team diligently recreated the same layout as their live store. To ensure they could independently manage the template, we provided comprehensive tutorials to their team, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

In line with their requirements, we integrated filters on the collection page using a Shopify App, enhancing the user experience for their customers. Additionally, we enriched the Product Detail Page (PDP) by incorporating product description tabs through the use of metafields, elevating the presentation of product information.

Through our collaborative efforts, we successfully delivered the desired updates and functionalities, enabling the company to offer an enhanced shopping experience to their valued customers.
