Eric, the enthusiastic Business Developer from Musgo, reached out to us with an outline for their startup project. With a goal to launch the store in just a month, their primary focus was on delivering an unparalleled customer service experience through their website. We were particularly eager to assist, especially since Shopify plant stores gained significant traction post-pandemic.

Given their budget constraints, we opted for a Startup Project approach. We selected a theme that catered to most of their requirements. Once we had their corporate visuals in hand, we set out to shape their store. The end product was a vibrant and unique shopping platform, equipped with upselling features such as gift card options, a threshold for free shipping, gift wrapping choices, and more.

Additionally, sharing their journey in a distinctive manner was pivotal for them. Since the chosen theme didn’t cater to their storytelling needs, we custom-designed their “About Us” page. This allowed them to weave their story with a blend of images and text, ensuring a seamless and captivating presentation.
