About the Shopify Project

This project was delivered by MM Shopy Devs in collaboration with Thread Digital with the objective of rapidly replacing an outdated and poor-performing Shopify setup with a significantly more refined, conversion-focused and user-friendly experience.

The project followed what MM Shopy Devs defines as a hybrid Shopify approach: starting from a premium Shopify theme foundation and elevating it through custom UX design and development. The main goal was to deliver all the essential user experience and conversion-focused features required by a modern ecommerce store, while keeping timelines extremely efficient.

Thread Digital led the project management, backend coordination and operational planning, ensuring the project moved quickly and smoothly across all stages. MM Shopy Devs was responsible for the UX direction, producing custom Figma designs and developing all frontend customisations and functionalities.

Key improvements included redesigned product cards, PDP and quick add experiences, alongside advanced functionalities such as metafield swatches, split colour and material logic, and enhanced product galleries. The entire project was successfully designed, developed and launched within only a few weeks.

The new Caravana Land store represents a significant step forward compared to the previous setup, delivering a more refined, modern and conversion-focused ecommerce experience aligned with the brand’s identity and positioning.

By combining improved UX structure, clearer product discovery and more advanced shopping functionalities, the new Shopify experience creates a stronger foundation for future growth, marketing performance and scalability.
