Do you have a minimum project size requirement?
Generally speaking, we don’t. Some new clients prefer to start with a few tasks as a precaution, and we completely understand that. We don’t have mandatory retainer fees; our clients contact us as needed. We only ask that tasks be grouped together for efficiency and practicality.
What it means being a certified Shopify Expert?
A “Shopify Select Partner” is a title given to professionals or agencies recognized by Shopify for their expertise in building, optimizing, and managing Shopify stores. These experts specialize in various areas such as web design, development, marketing, and e-commerce strategy, and they help businesses set up, customize, and grow their online stores using the Shopify platform. Shopify Experts are vetted by Shopify and often listed in their official Expert Marketplace, making it easier for businesses to find qualified professionals to assist with their Shopify needs.
Are you able to work on an existing template?
Most of the time, it’s not a problem, even if the template was previously modified. However, if the previous modifications were made by someone inexperienced and resulted in code issues, we may not be able to work on top of it. In such cases, we will certainly offer an alternative solution!
Where are you based?
We were based in the UK, specifically in London, for a long time. Recently, we decided to move our headquarters to Barcelona, Spain. Our clients are spread worldwide, with the majority in the UK and Spain.
Do you work with Shopify Plus
Yes, we do. The majority of our enterprise clients are on Shopify Plus.
Do you also work with smaller companies?
Yes, we do. Although our portfolio features well-known brands, we also work with smaller companies and Start-ups.
Do you provide Marketing or SEO?
We don’t, and for a specific reason. Our Shopify experts specialize exclusively in “Shopify Development.” We strongly believe in the high specialization of professions and that all-in-one solutions are often not the most effective.
That said, we have a network of highly specialized experts we can recommend to you!
