What is Okendo?
Okendo is a unified customer marketing platform for Shopify with five connected apps: Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes and Surveys. It requests reviews, photos and videos automatically and displays them with AI review summaries and Google rich snippets; runs loyalty programmes based on points, perks, store credit and direct rewards; and adds product recommendation quizzes and dynamic surveys. It integrates with Shop, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo and more than 50 other apps, and keeping everything in one place saves on subscriptions and simplifies internal workflows.
