Signifyd protects the whole customer journey, from checkout to returns, with AI-powered decisions and financial guarantees. Guaranteed Fraud Protection approves or declines each order instantly at checkout and backs every approved order with a guarantee against fraud and non-fraud chargebacks, moving the liability away from the merchant. Intelligent Returns Protection approves legitimate returns automatically for fast refunds, while identifying serial abusers and policy violations. Together they help approve more good orders and automate fulfilment safely.
Our Feedback
Signifyd solves a problem that not many stores know they have until they go through their data with a magnifying glass: how precise Shopify's own fraud protection really is. You would be surprised how big the gap is between what is true fraud and what is not.
Reducing fraud and false positives becomes a way of generating income. For big stores, the numbers can be really considerable.
Best for: medium–large stores
