KALA is a contemporary Spanish childrenswear brand focused on timeless design, high quality craftsmanship, and sustainable production.

We helped bring their vision to life through a refined Shopify experience that reflects the brand’s minimalist aesthetic and premium positioning.

About the Shopify Project

We developed KALA as a hybrid Shopify project, combining a full store setup with extensive theme customisation based on the brand’s needs and aesthetic direction.

Starting from a carefully selected Shopify theme as the foundation, we designed and implemented multiple UX improvements across the store. Key developments included a custom Lookbook experience, an advanced quick add functionality allowing customers to add products directly from collection pages, and redesigned product cards featuring galleries and colour swatches.

We also customised the PDP layout, refined multiple store sections to better reflect the brand identity, and optimised the overall shopping experience across devices. Alongside the development work, we provided Shopify training sessions to ensure the KALA team could confidently manage and scale the store internally.

The Result

We delivered a highly functional Shopify store ready for KALA to launch and scale their online business with confidence. The final result combines a refined visual experience with a flexible and easy to manage backend, allowing the team to independently operate the store while supporting future growth.
