CREAR Health Center is a virtual space dedicated to providing comprehensive support for women at every stage of life — from pregnancy to menopause and beyond — backed by a team of health professionals led by Dr. Natalia Basualdo.
The challenge
Shifting from an ecommerce to a service mindset
This was a genuinely unusual challenge for the team: daily work typically revolves around "products" and "clients," so this project meant transitioning that ecommerce mindset into a service-oriented approach — highlighting consultations and patient support rather than items to buy.

Premium Template Setup
Configured a Shopify Premium Template, reoriented from selling products to highlighting services.

Appointment Booking
Integrated the Appointo app, letting patients pick a date and time, connected to the doctor's Zoom and Google Calendar.

Educational Resources
In progress at the time of writing: integrating the Tevello Courses app for professionals and patients.

The project took approximately three months to complete.
CREAR is using a Shopify 2.0 template named Prestige, with some custom development modifications.
