Delos
A CRO audit taken all the way through to a rebuilt store
About
A seasonless wardrobe for the modern traveller
Founded by Artem del Castillo and named after the Greek island said to be the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, Delos is a London resort-wear house built around artisanal fabrics and time-honoured techniques such as Japanese shibori dyeing. The pieces are soft, fluid and deliberately beyond season — silk-led, made to move in, and treated less as a collection than as a set of collectibles, each one tied to a place or a journey.
The challenge
Finding the friction, then designing it out
Delos came to us to find out where their store was losing people. We ran a CRO audit across the site, identified the areas worth improving and ranked them by impact, then carried those findings through design and into development — adding functionality and reworking several areas of the store rather than stopping at a list of recommendations.
Process
HOW WE BUILT IT
-
CRO audit
We analysed the existing store, identified quick wins and friction points, and built an action plan ordered by priority.
-
UX design
Our designer produced every redesigned element in Figma, for desktop, tablet and mobile.
-
Development
We modified the existing theme, improving overall performance and building pixel-perfect from the mock-ups.
-
QA & optimisation
Rigorously tested across devices and browsers, with ongoing Shopify maintenance and optimisation.
