Landmark Stores
A seamless migration, tailored for a growing retailer
About
A country lifestyle retailer, grown from one high street shop
Landmark is an independently owned fashion store built around timeless high-street values and expert customer service. Starting from a single shop on the Cotswold Way, it's grown into several market-town locations, stocking country brands like Barbour, Schöffel and Holland Cooper alongside its own in-house Tweed collection, made in the UK.
The challenge
Migrating without disrupting the customer's own team
The store needed a seamless migration to a 2.0 template, tailored to the sections the client actually wanted to use — while making sure their team could keep managing the store confidently afterward, without relying on a developer for every change.
